I never quite get the large holes on my bread attempts either. I did get a better result than previous attempts when I made Tartine's French bread for our Christmas Eve meal. Since it was such a cool day, I put the dough in a slightly warm oven with a stone to hold the heat during the rise. The dough had better oven spring than in past attempts.Shelleyhttp://www.franishnonspeaker.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1043567387409721448.post-6051294241491597442012-01-09T11:37:07.467-06:002012-01-09T11:37:07.467-06:00That would be awesome with butter. That would be awesome with butter. The Blonde Duckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00085499120024055465noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1043567387409721448.post-2063753395066976622012-01-09T08:32:15.984-06:002012-01-09T08:32:15.984-06:00this loaf of bread is beckoning me...to slather it...this loaf of bread is beckoning me...to slather it with butter!Alexis @ There She Goeshttp://www.thereshegoesblog.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1043567387409721448.post-42711899849300918922012-01-08T21:02:36.435-06:002012-01-08T21:02:36.435-06:00Wow, your loaf of bread looks awesome, like the id...Wow, your loaf of bread looks awesome, like the idea of polenta and the pepitas seeds in it.
